Hair Care on Budget
Most ladies I know are familiar with the savings available on Strawberry Net but the one thing that they are missing is a hair care section. Personally I’m a supermarket shampoo and conditioner girl. I don’t colour my hair or use any products on it, so it doesn’t really need specialist care. The Sunsilk range is fantastic as a budget range. However if you are into your Kérastase and your Redken, then Look Fantastic is the place for you.
My one hair care sin is the hair straighteners, I use it three or four times a week. I had a Vidal Sassoon one for a few years but when it gave up the ghost I decided to splash out on the infamous GHD. That was a few years ago now but I remember making a huge saving because I bought it from Look Fantastic. I had a look today and you can get the GHD with half price thermal protector with delivery for €129 (based on a conversion on XE). I called Peter Mark and they are selling the GHD with a free tote bag and a free treatment for €179. That’s a saving of €50, which you can spend on a fabulous treat for yourself.

Oh Maz, how I would love a GHD. They are so pricey, thought that is a good deal! Anniversary coming up… hmmm. Although is that a bit like getting an iron?
On products, I accidentally discovered the Aldi Gianni Calvaro range after asking the husband to get some shampoo when I ran out of Kerastase. It’s absolutely fantastic, as is the conditioner. No way will I pay salon prices again!
I find some products on HQ hair okay price wise as I have difficult hair, the same bottle of keratase I use is €25 in peter marks i get it for £12.95 free delivery and with exchange at moment that is still a saving and as you only have to use so little of it I find that I save some money at least
