Welcome to Frugal Ireland

For a long time we’ve been very secure with the so-called “Celtic Tiger” economy.  This hasn’t, however, prevented us from being systematically ripped-off by the government, supermarkets and other large companies.  With the Celtic Tiger crumbling around us, it is time to tighten our belts.

This site aims to bring tips, advice and tricks on how to do just that.  From ways to save on petrol to the latest supermarket deals, we aim to bring you the latest news.

We will be trying to keep a concise list of coupon codes as well, whether they be online coupons or links to printable ones.  It’s time to use what’s out there and put our pride aside!

Please feel free to contact us with any of your own tips and advice, as well as any questions you may have or want us to look into.  We’d also appreciate hearing from you if you see any screaming deals our readers should be aware of!

In the next few days this site will be filling up, please bear with us as we get going.  We look forward to hearing from you!
